This component is a FIX for the problem of Date&Time to String or String to Date&Time dialogs becoming too wide to fit on the screen.
The problem comes about if an exceptionally wide date format mask has been previously used. In this case, the format mask is written to a history file, and re-used in the config dialog when it is opened. This then makes the dialog difficult to use.
This component simply removes any stored format masks that are wider than 60 characters.
