XLS Format Cell Merge Auto Tag Generator

Automatically generates a control table of tags based on merging down any cells which are the same value as the cell above.

This control table can be used with the Continental Nodes in the creation of a format model.

Typically, this could be chained directly to the "XLS Format Create Cell Merge tags" component to generate an XLS Format Model
