Create tree from levels

Use Column Expressions to derive a "tree" structure

1.1
1.1.1
1.1.2
1.2
2
2.1

and so on based on being supplied just the level number.

This presupposes that the level number only ever increments one at a time, although it may drop by more than 1 to a lower level
