Nested Customisable XML Generation from table

An introductory workflow to generate XML from a table. The mechanism here provides flexibility when we then wish to progress further by joining to other tables, and build up a more complex nested XML structure.

This flow builds on my original "Simple" flow I created, and brings together data from two tables with one set of data being nested within the other for XML output.
