Google BigQuery and Amazon Athena - Will They Blend?

In this workflow, we combine data from Genome Wide Association studies in Google BigQuery and Amazon Athena. Using an interactive composite view, we select variants of interest and export those to an Excel file.

Note: In order to run this workflow, you need a valid authentication mechanism to connect to Google BigQuery and Amazon Athena services. More information on how to get API key/Credentials can be found at:
