Plate well map generator

Version 1.2 2022-08-02

Generates a table of all plate wells given the plate format selected in the widget (6-well, 24-well, 96-well, 384-well, 1536-well format supported).

A checkbox of sortable format (e.g. A01, A02 instead of A1, A2) is available too.

The workflow is available as a component too, either with a widget or a config.

This workflow has been updated to include the KNIME-based plate well position creator component.
