To run this workflow on KNIME Business Hub, please ensure you're using version 1.10 or higher, with Executor Version 5.3.2.
You have the option to run the workflow either locally or directly on the Business Hub. This workflow is designed to clean up old item versions that are not part of any deployment and are not the latest in the version history.
Initially, all items are retrieved from the selected Hub Teams and Spaces, which you will choose in the first step. Afterward, all available versions are displayed in a table, allowing you to select the ones you wish to delete.
The purpose of this operation is to prevent an excessive accumulation of item versions in your Business Hub installation, which can impact disk space.
