KNIME_Demo Simple XML Generator

Demo 1 of my Simple XML Generator component, written using a Python script to generate XML based on a "control table".

The control table can be written by hand, but this is a little painful to write from scratch, and so to kick start, use the "Create XML Generator Control Table" component to generate the basic control table for an input data source, and feed it into the lower port of the XML Generator.
