Strnad et al. XLSX to MaMuT XML

Convert a .xlsx file from (Strnad et al. 2016) into a TrackMate/MaMuT .xml file.

Coordinates in the .xlsx files are in pixel coordinates, so image metadata have to be provided explicitly for the coordinates to be converted into scaled units (µm) for TrackMate/MaMuT.

The output .xml file will be written into the parent directory of the input .xlsx file, using the same base file name.

This workflow has been used to convert tracking data from the linked publication for benchmarking with 'LSTree' (https://github.com/fmi-basel/LSTree).
