GenAI for Summarization: Customer Support Tickets
This workflow retrieves and parses fictitious Zendesk tickets and metainformation (e.g., id, creation date, status, priority, etc.) about the interactions between customers and support agents.
It prompts a local LLM via GPT4All to generates summaries of ticket conversations.
It formats ticket metainformation and summaries and sends it to a selected Slack user or group of users.
