This workflow is useful identify and reduce duplication of entries in master data files by detecting any entries that have slightly different spellings. The existence of such duplicates can result in incomplete management reporting and decision-making, and could be either unintentional or the result of fraud. This workflow can be applied to a wide variety of data (e.g., corporate card transactions, employees, customers, vendors, GL accounts, etc.)
